A brief history:
Greg Bold, owner of the Spotted Zebra, has managed a variety of restaurants across South Africa, and this is where his skills and passion for food and service was encouraged, leading him to open his own catering company in 1995. Honoring the basic principles of "great food and personalised service," Spotted Zebra rapidly developed from a small business into a succesful catering company, predominantly by word of mouth, and now employs no less than twelve permanent staff.
