FRONT OF HOUSE & SALES

Intelligent, efficient and well spoken applicant for front of house and admin duties.

Job Duties include:  Reception, Handling and Following up on Queries, Quoting, Processing of Catering Orders to Sales Order.  Reports, Petty Cash, Filing, Assistance with Event Co-ordination, Client Liaisons, Handling of Bookings, and Assistance to Business Owner.

Applicant must be extremely computer efficient, able to work under pressure with organisational skills, have initiative and be able to problem solve.   WINDOWS 2007, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Pastel Xpress required.

Experience in Hospitality and Events industry a bonus. A passion for catering and food a must!

Working Hours Mon - Friday from 08h00 - 16h00 and Saturdays 08h00 - 12h00

CHEF

We are looking for a "second in command" to assist with running of our extremely busy kitchens.

Chef / Cook must have experience in staff management, be able to work under pressure, have natural and sensational cooking skills, have good work ethics and be able to order stock, control food storage, manage food prep and have good people skills and problem solving abilities.

DRIVERS

We are looking for catering assistants and drivers who have a valid drivers licence and enjoy the hospitality industry.

Candidate must have natural hospitality nature and be friendly and proficient in English to handle the delivery of corporate orders.  Experience in the catering industry preferable.
