Platters:
Platters are designed to feed 10 - 12 people and are used most successfully for boardroom lunches, finger snacks, book club evenings and the like, parties or even as starters to spit braais and other menus.Cocktail Parties
Cocktail Party Menus are designed as either snack buffets, or for serving butler style or even as a combination of both.[Min 40 people]
Informal Lunches & Dinners:
Lunches and Dinners are designed, well...for lunch and dinner. Whether for an Office, Training or Client Lunch or a 21st, Birthday or special ocassion the vast menu has something for everyone. Casual or more formal. Cutlery and crockery is provided so you don´t have to wash up![Min 5 people] Halaal friendly options available.
Spit Braais
Spotted Zebra are most famous for their Spit Braais. They are most popular as they offer a wide selection of options. Set up as a buffet or served directly out of the braai for a more informal approach. The Spotted Zebra Spit braais cater 350grams of A grade meat per person and are accompanied by hot enhancers / vegetable dishes, a choice of various salads and rolls and/or garlic breads. Up to three choices of meat roasted on the spit are offered on each menu.These options include: Whole Lamb, Leg of Lamb, Buttock of Beef, Pork with Crackling, Gammon and Chicken.
Buffet tables, buffet table cloths, cutlery, crockery, serviettes, salad dressings, serving units as well as chef are included in the price per head.

Traditional Braais
Spotted Zebra cook on gas grills suitable to cook anywhere. (charcoal available) From traditional South African Braais with Pap en Sous to more elaborate langoustines and grilled lemon and herb or peri-peri prawns.Buffet tables, buffet table cloths, cutlery, crockery, serviettes,salad dressings, serving units as well as chef are included in theprice per head.

Spotted Zebra likes to work closely with the client when providing a plated menu. Time frame, number of guests and catering faclities available at the venue of choice are considered and a tailor made menu to suit practicality of the event and of course budgets is created for the client.Themed menus
Spotted Zebra, within reason, can tailor make a menu to suit your event whether by theme, colour or country.Spotted Zebra´s staff are trained throughout the year on a regular basis and Team Leaders and Spit Braai Chefs will go out of their way to ensure that a successful and hassle free function is achieved.
